Sun, sand, and good people. Defined Marketing is throwing its first Jersey Shore Beach Bash, a laid-back, fun networking day for industry pros, friends, and family. Think cornhole on the sand, cold drinks, casual conversation, and the option to keep the good times rolling on the Seaside Heights Boardwalk after sunset.

Participant Release and Waiver of Liability
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in the Defined Marketing Summer Beach Networking Event (the “Event”) involves inherent risks, including but not limited to sun exposure, sand/sea conditions, physical activity, and swimming. I agree that Defined Marketing, its officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors (collectively, “Releasees”) are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, illness, or death to me or any person in my party arising from participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. Lifeguards may be present for general supervision; I understand that the presence of lifeguards does not make the Releasees responsible for their actions or the actions of anyone in my party. I assume all risks associated with my and my party’s attendance and use of Event facilities and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any claims arising out of such attendance or participation.
